Applicable in the Billiards Club “La Sezam”, hereinafter referred to as: “Club”.
- The customer is responsible for controlling the game time.
- When using the billiard table, the customer cannot leave the game room without prior closing of the tab/settling an account.
- The game time is counted from the moment the light above the billiard table is switched on.
- The game time is counted per second according to the current hourly rate specified in the price list.
- In order to get the booked billiard table, the customer should arrive at the Club and check – in with the member of staff no later than 5 minutes before the time of the booking.
- In the case of failure to appear and check – in within the agreed time, as referred to in the point above, the staff of the Club has the right to cancel the reservation after a further 5 minutes counted from reservation time declared by a customer. If the person booking the billiard table informs before the time of the planned reservation that they are running late, the staff may extend the waiting time for late guests up to a maximum of 10 minutes, but it is left up to the their discretion.
- The player/person booking the table is solely responsible for the entrusted equipment.
- The player is materially liable for damage to the equipment:
- Breaking or damaging a cue – PLN 150
- Damaging the cloth making its replacement necessary – PLN 1000
- Damaging the cloth causing the withholding of the table usage, e.g. spilling the drink, deliberate damage – PLN 300
- Damaging or loosing cue balls (up to 3) –PLN 150
- Damaging or loosing cue balls – the amount causing the necessity of ordering a complete new set – PLN 500
- Intentional causing the table losing its level (raising and lowering it, shifting) causing the necessity to call the technical service – PLN 800
- Permanent damage to the lamp – PLN 500
- It is forbidden to approach billiard tables with things that could damage or stain them.
- In case of receiving damaged equipment, please inform the member of staff immediately.
- Objects that are not game equipment mustn’t be placed on the billiard tables.
- The Club staff is empowered to:
- Refuse to offer the table to people who are drunk or behaving inappropriately.
- Ask to leave the Club anyone who does not comply with these rules or who disturbs other Club users.
- To stop the game for those who do not comply with these rules and to demand immediate reckoning of the equipment provided.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring drinks and food to the Club.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Club.
- Billiard fees are regulated by the price list displayed in the Club.
- After finishing the game, cue balls shall be returned to the bar, and the area around the table to be clear.
- Any person in the Billiard Club La Sezam shall agree to the present Rules and Regulations.
- When less than three tables are used, the Billiard Club La Sezam reserves the right to close the premises early.
- The Billiard Club La Sezam is divided into two areas:
- The bar area – the area for customers not booking the billiard tables or customers waiting for the booked table.
- The game area – the area only for customers booking the billiard table. This area is available for these customers within the time of the booking.
- Access to the game area for customers without reservation is forbidden.
- Any matters not regulated in the Rules and Regulations shall be settled by the owner of the Club or a person authorised to do so (e.g. the manager of the Club) and it shall be his independent decision.
- Salony Bilardowe Sz. Wołoszyn, K. Wróbel S.C. (the name of the company) do not take responsibility for any goods brought to the Club by customers and other guests. This applies both to their care and protection and to their accidental damage.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring any animals to the Club.
